Located west of the 405 freeway, Brentwood is one of  the most desirable,  high-end neighborhoods in Los Angeles.    Beautifully landscaped, cooled by ocean breezes, it is home to the J. Paul Getty Museum of Art, the Skirball Cultural Center, and Mount Saint Mary’s College.

Other area attractions include many world-class golf courses, such as those at the Brentwood and Riviera Country Clubs,  and the popular activities in Santa Monica.

Four miles from the heart of Brentwood lies the Pacific Ocean and miles of well kept coastal beaches.    Just to the west of Brentwood is Will Rogers State Park and Polo Field, where you can tour the estate and hike hills that afford breathtaking views.     Local shopping is available on San Vicente Boulevard, and major mall shopping is available in nearby Santa Monica and Century City.

To the east of Brentwood are the University of California-Los Angeles campus and medical center, the UCLA/Armand Hammer Museum of Art and Cultural Center, and the newly revitalized Westwood shopping district, all of which offer local employment.

The Jasin Company has many wonderful buildings in this exciting area.
